My firm was recently involved in helping structure early framework for the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAOs) a large multinational corporation will be rolling out to compliment its new web3 business efforts. Our discussions involved parameters to help the client and its community with the designation of a critically important element of the project, the DAO administrator.
